	Tenants Fees
Holding Deposit	Equal to 1 weeks rent
Tenancy Deposit per tenancy	Equal to 5 weeks rent
Unpaid and/or late rent payments	Interest at 3% above the bank of England base rent from the due date until paid in order to pursue non payment of rent.
Lost key or other security device	Tenants are liable for the actual cost of replacing lost keys or other security device
Variation of contract (tenants request)	£60 (£50 plus VAT)
Change of Sharer (tenants request)	£102 (85 plus VAT)
Early Termination (tenants request)	Should the termination be granted, the tenant shall be liable for all costs, including the agents reletting fees as well as the rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy.
Application Fee, company let	£240 (£200 plus VAT)
Exceptional Circumstances (tenants request)	If extra costs there will be a charge of £15 per hour including VAT for the time taken by the Landlord/Agent in certain circumstances.
